La OMC di Federici Stefano, si riserva la insindacabile facoltà di accettare oppure rifiutare la proposta (ordine) di acquisto del Cliente, di accettare solo gli ordini provenienti da soggetti in possesso di Codice Fiscale e/o Partita IVA (o un dato equipollente se non residenti in Italia) e che abbiano compiuto la maggiore età; di rifiutare l'ordine anche nei seguenti casi: spedizioni presso Caselle Postali; fornitura di dati anagrafici non reali o errati; precedente inadempimento a qualsiasi titolo nei confronti della OMC; iscrizione nell'elenco dei protesti; assoggettamento a procedure concorsuali; mancanza di disponibilità della merce, per qualsiasi motivo, nei magazzini propri o presso i fornitori; in ogni altro caso di incompatibilità con gli interessi economici e le politiche aziendali.
